REFEREE CAMP 2005

The 6th Annual ZLAX Referee Camp will be held in conjunction with
All Star Lacrosse Camp at UMASS, Amherst. The camp will run from
Monday July 11 until Wednesday afternoon July 13, 2005. This is
an overnight camp with an option to be a day student also.
Emphasis of the camp will be on 3 man mechanics, face-off techniques,
and crease play. The camp will have classroom and field sessions.
We will also be officiating games to apply what you learned in your
classroom and field sessions. Small numbers will allow plenty of
hands on training. Each participant will receive a written evaluation
form after the camp is completed, and working notes after each game
they officiate. The classroom sessions may last until late in the
evening, or until all questions have been answered. This camp is
for the 2nd or 3rd year official up to the new college official.
Each camper should have a working knowledge of the rules. Camp will
be geared to meet your needs. All participants will be required
to have complete officials uniform. Please call me if you have any
questions regarding your uniform.
The cost for the camp will be $315.00 for the full
time overnight camper, and $285.00 for the day
camper. A $100.00 non-refundable deposit is due
with your application, and the balance is due by 6/30/05. Please
